I’m Michelle, the owner and the one who weaves the strings. Thank you for stopping by and shopping my store!  If there is anything I can help you with, or if you have a question, please feel free to contact me.

I put great detail in my work as I always like to do my best when it comes to my crafts, especially. I love to use top quality materials that are best for the particular piece that I am working on. I try to make sure that all details of materials used, as well as dimensions of a project, etc. are included in the product descriptions. If by chance, there is something you need to know, again, please do not hesitate to contact me with your questions.

I do not take custom orders at this time. I find that especially in the case of crochet (afghans and blankets in particular), these items take quite awhile. I love to enjoy my craftwork and not feel pressured that I need to crank something out. However, if there is something you think of and feel I might be interested in working on, drop me a line! I love new ideas and especially to chat about handcrafts.

I use WooCommerce for my store and PayPal is the one that handles the transactions. Therefore, I never have to see your credit card information, nor need to store it myself. I have used PayPal for years before I ever started this with no problems. However, you do not need an account with PayPal to pay for your items. You can also pay with credit card or debit card in like manner.

Your items will not ship until payments have cleared. Please contact me if you are having a problem with your payment.

Packages are shipped within 2 to 3 days after payment clears, usually from the time you order. I ship USPS usually Priority, and ALWAYS with a tracking number. You will be notified when your package has shipped with the tracking number so you can be alert for your package. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination. You can contact me for more information on that, if need be. I try to wrap in recycled packaging as much as possible to cut down on the paper “footprints” I leave. Extra care is always taken, however, to be sure your package is adequately taken care of to arrive safely at its new home. If your package is a gift, please let me know and I can gift wrap it for you! 🙂 Also, if you would like a message included with the gift, I will be happy to pass your message along to its recipient.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. To request a cancellation, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase. To return a package, please notify me within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be on actual amount paid (depending if a sale price was paid, or a coupon code was used).  You will be responsible for shipping cost on returns, and it must be shipped back to me with a tracking number. If the item is not returned back to me in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will be granted upon the completed return of the package. Exchanges will be only for items that are still in my shop.
