Work-It Wednesday/ My Campfire Cardigan

I am a creature that needs a little structure to keep me on track! So I don’t know if this is really going to work for me or not, but Work-It Wednesdays will be all about sharing progress on WIP’s – or either the finished project. I’m afraid I really am a slow crafter, so some things stay WIP’s for a l-o-n-g time!! 🙂 I also love the starting of things the most and the finishing of things sometimes not quite so much.
A few weeks ago, I was really inspired by this boho, funky, and oh-so-fun looking pattern over on the Make and Do Crew… Jess has the sweetest patterns and a really neat blog! I went ahead and ordered the download for the advertisement-free pattern so that I could be able to take it with me everywhere. She has the pattern for free on the site, but you can download like I did very affordably! Even though the pattern is listed at Intermediate level, I feel that even a beginner would be able to do this without too much trouble. She has some wonderful tutorials that literally walk you through every step!
I used Lion Brand’s Mandala Fashion Yarn in the Chimera. It took 3 rolls of it and I think that it turned out just great with it… I really do love this yarn!!
This was a fun project to make and I look forward to maybe doing this one again with different kinds of yarns and colors… What colors are you thinking up???
